so i am currently a 23 year old graduate student from new jersey studying at florida state university. i originally started this blog just for fun but after going through some pretty rough times over the past couple of months, i've shifted towards a workout/exercise/weight loss/thinspirational place others can go to motivate themselves to reach their goals.
i am currently trying out the insanity workout with shaun t and while i can't quite see the results yet, i sure can feel them. i also do an ab workout every other day, play intramural basketball once a week, and do some cardio on either the elliptical or treadmill 3-4 times a week. overall, i try to be active everyday.
i don't really believe in dieting, just eating healthy. my current intake is around 1200-1500 calories a day and a TON of water. i think as long as you eat healthy, you can occasionally indulge in things like chocolate or ice cream: just keep the portions to a reasonable size!
