so i am currently a 23 graduate of florida state university where i got my masters degree. i moved back to new jersey in may and JUST joined the gym at home. i originally started this blog just for fun but after going through some pretty rough times over the past couple of months, i've shifted towards a workout/exercise/weight loss/thinspirational place others can go to motivate themselves to reach their goals.
i haven't been on my game lately and im really trying to get back into the habit of working out everyday.
i don't really believe in dieting, just eating healthy. my current intake is around 1200-1500 calories a day and a TON of water. i think as long as you eat healthy, you can occasionally indulge in things like chocolate or ice cream: just keep the portions to a reasonable size!
